Terms of Service

By using SiteExport ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service

SiteExport allows users to export publicly accessible websites into static archives (ZIP) or generate reverse-proxy Cloudflare Worker code. The user is solely responsible for ensuring they have the rights to export and redistribute the content they process through the Service.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

3. Subscription

Access to export features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew monthly unless canceled. Prices may change with prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to export sites you do not have the right to copy, infringe intellectual property, scrape personal data, or perform any illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Affiliate program

Affiliates earn a commission on referred paid subscriptions. Fraudulent referrals (self-referrals, fake accounts, bot traffic) will be voided. Payouts require a minimum balance of $50.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
