Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with SiteExport. This Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. 7-day guarantee

New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment, no questions asked, provided that fewer than 5 successful exports have been performed in the period.

2. Renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

3. How to request

Email contato.frontdesk@gmail.com from the same address used to sign up. We process refunds within 5 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension.
