Privacy Policy

This Policy describes how SiteExport collects, uses and protects your personal data, in compliance with LGPD (Brazil) and GDPR (EU).

1. Data we collect

Account: email, password (hashed), WhatsApp number and country. Usage: URLs you submit for export, export history, IP address and user agent for security/anti-fraud.

2. Purpose

We use this data to operate the Service, authenticate you, deliver exports, send transactional emails, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use processors strictly to run the Service: hosting (Cloudflare/Lovable), database (Supabase), payment processor and email provider.

4. Retention

We retain account data while your account exists. Export history is kept for 90 days then anonymized. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data, and to withdraw consent.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication. No third-party tracking by default.
